2. Salon Suite Information

Information regarding suite sizes, pricing, amenities, availability, photographs, promotions, features, and other property details may change without notice.
Photographs and images are intended to provide a general representation of Revive and its suites. Actual suites may vary in appearance, finishes, furnishings, dimensions, or configuration.
Website information does not guarantee that a particular suite, price, promotion, amenity, or move-in date will be available.
3. Tours and Inquiries
You may submit an inquiry or schedule a tour through our website.
Submitting an inquiry or scheduling a tour does not reserve a suite or create a contractual obligation between you and Revive.
Revive may contact you regarding your inquiry, requested tour, suite availability, pricing, promotions, or other information relevant to your interest in Revive.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a tour when reasonably necessary.
4. License Agreement
Any professional who chooses to operate from a suite at Revive will be subject to a separate written License Agreement.
Submitting a website form, communicating with Revive, receiving pricing information, or touring a suite does not create a License Agreement or guarantee the right to use a particular suite.
The License Agreement governs the relationship between Revive and the professional using a suite, including applicable fees, deposits, insurance requirements, rules, permitted uses, responsibilities, and other applicable terms.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and an executed License Agreement, the executed License Agreement will control with respect to the licensed suite and the parties’ contractual relationship.
5. Pricing and Promotions
Prices, fees, promotions, incentives, and other offers displayed on the website are subject to change.
Promotions may be limited by availability, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, suite selection, License Agreement terms, or other restrictions.
A promotion or quoted price is not guaranteed until confirmed by Revive in writing, where applicable.
6. Electronic Communications
When you submit your contact information through our website, you agree that Revive may use that information to respond to your inquiry and provide information related to your request.
If you separately consent to receive marketing emails or text messages, those communications will be subject to applicable consent requirements and our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe instructions contained in the email.

If you provide consent to receive marketing text messages from Revive, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages regarding Revive, including information about available suites, promotions, tours, and other marketing communications.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of entering into a License Agreement or purchasing any goods or services.
You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.
Additional SMS terms may apply and may be presented at the time you provide your consent.
8. Intellectual Property
The Revive website and its content, including our name, logo, branding, photographs, graphics, text, videos, designs, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Revive and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and view the website for personal and legitimate business purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, sell, or commercially exploit our website content without Revive’s prior written permission.
